ALBUM OUT NOW-----------------------

TV Snow are an indie pop 5-piece from sunny Western Australia. The group have shown themselves and their inherent pop sensibilities through their debut album, Red. This release is a homage to their late bass player Ben Linden who was tragically taken from us by a shark whilest surfing in Western Australia.
Amidst TV Snow's dreamy coastal pop - the most immediate and striking element of their sound - are deliciously subtle touches of jazz and rock that give the songs a gentle attention to detail when they need it, and big, unarguable simplicity. Melodically, the band have shown their clear direction on their album, with bittersweet hooks a-plenty laying the foundation for moody songs that have the laidback sunniness of the Western Australian coast, with an eye out to sea, where dark clouds gather and rumble before the storm rolls in.

Ethereal and genuinely moving, TV Snow's penchant for a moody tune bursts through their album with beautifully soaring, reverb-soaked vocals, clever and economic musicianship, and gracefully dynamic percussion.

But the bottom line - and this is immediately apparent when the band hit the stage - is that TV Snow make music because it's fun. It's something amazing that people can share with their friends, get caught up in for even a moment, and feel with every atom of their being.

So as a gathering of musicians working to making interesting and beautiful music, TV Snow are ready to hit the road, the studio and the stage with everything they've got.

Some strong elements in here. The band feels more like a work in progress than a fully-formed entity, but I like what I'm hearing. Keep it up.

Very sweet stuff boys. Cannot wait to see you in Melbourne. I reckon the live show will flesh it out much more.
